The first aspect of Filo Soffy is to provide content related to creating and controlling our lives in order to find peace, harmony and tranquillity in this wild, frenetic but fantastic world. Grandma has ‘been there done that’ and we enjoyed much discussion and gentle disagreement with a cup of coffee.
Grandma used to say “We all have the power to have our world the way we want.
It is not how others think you should run your life, it is about how you feel yourself.
Good friends and those you love should be with you in all contexts supporting and standing by in case they are needed.”
Gran also used to say “It is wise that those who love you refrain from telling you what to do, but instead, offer support in case things around you become pear shape or, come crashing down. You are not alone as you feel you may be. There will always be someone to pick you up.”
Well, who can argue with Gran? At times I disagreed with her, but she has lived a very long and full life. Compared to my Gran, I am youngster.
