FILO SOFFY: JUST BECAUSE YOUR GOOSE IS COOKED, THAT DOES NOT MEAN IT’S STUFFED

Fillo Soffy: Just because Your Goose Is Cooked, That Doesn’t Mean It’s Stuffed is a book of ‘recipes for the soul. Recipies accompanied with signifient historic artwork from painters such as Van Gough, Renoir, Tom Roberts, Bruegel, Cassatt and many other well known, esteemed artists.

‘Just because Your Goose Is Cooked, That Doesn’t Mean It’s Stuffed’ is an illustrated philosophical recipe book, based on Taoist philosophies and personal beliefs. It is a compilation of the author’s personal beliefs, thoughts, opinions and ideas exposed and revealed for anyone who craves or cares about this infinite world we live in.
Someone once said ‘I come this way but once’ however, I believe life and all it offers, is not finite in fact, it is infinite. I believe we come ‘this way’ many times. However, the path travelled varies every time with every step.

Fillo Soffy: Just because Your Goose Is Cooked, That Doesn’t Mean It’s Stuffed’ comprises many philosophical thoughts and ideas including insanity shedding ways of thinking. Ways of thinking which may seem different from the norm.

It is not necessary to believe anything I have written in this book however, it is at least necessary to think and challenge oneself to consider the possibility that this book may in the least, provide interesting reading and at the most, may enhance your way of thinking for the better.

Fillo Soffy has as its foundation various philosophical beliefs such as Buddhism and Taoism. However I also use my own learning, experience and good old fashioned common sense.

I hope this book enhances your understanding of an alternative way of thinking which leads to peace and tranquillity whilst building a firm sense of structure and achievement.

This book is a book on Philosophy simply demonstrated and easy to read.
